HIT Strength
Every Friday — 4:45 pm
Albany City Fitness, classroom
Run by Jake Yang
Running Club
Every Sunday — 5:30 am
Meet on Beaumont Street, outside Mibo Cafe
Casual — run at your own pace and distance
10 km to 20 km route to Mission Bay and back
Swimming
Every 2nd Thursday — 3:00 pm
Glenfield Swimming Pool
Cycling

Iron Hearts is a registered charitable trust based in Auckland, New Zealand. We bring people together through triathlon — swimming, cycling, and running — with a focus on the Korean New Zealand community and all Aucklanders.
